50 feet walking lunges while holding 75 pound dumb bells in each hand(women 45 pound dumb bells)

20 chest to bar pullups

5 rounds for time

    Traded the 75# DBs for 80# KBs. I was shaking so bad at the end of this I thought I was going to collapse.

    Dont have dumbells that size so held a 135lb bar in the front rack, 32:36. The lunges got pretty bad, im sure my legs/glutes will be screaming tomorrow.
