    Man im screwed. As im babying my back just now, I thought id be smart and wen into the ‘Puffy Nipples’ Wod subbing in lunges ands subbing out squats. My hammies are a little delicate today, and I have this delightful workout to look forward to tomorrow.

    Does anyone have a good rowing sub?? This week Im training at home and dont have a rowing machine.

    Scaled to 60kg lunges (95kg BW) only did 10 reps each round (was raining outside and didn’t think I’d make 75m anyway. Rows as rx’d

    Not too bad considering my total lack of GPP lately and after max effort Zercber Squats yesterday. Only got 3 out at 120kgs though.
