    2 years ago I was told I needed a bone graft to my right knee. My doctor told me to strengthen my legs as much as possible before surgery so the rehab afterwards would not be as long. I was 6’2″ and 247lbs of worthless weight. Somehow I stumbled across crossfit and shortly after the strongman wod. At first I was below pathetic but 2 years later and still no surgery i am 205lbs, no knee pain, or loss of rom. My total numbers arent great but just want to say thanks Rob and all the crossfit and strongman community.
