This was brutal! First 10 reps at body weight 235. Had to drop down to 185 to get to 100 reps. Completed in 12:34.
Did this one not too long ago at a little more than body weight in 14:39. Body weight @160, barbell loaded with 185. Brutal is a perfect word for this one.
What do u have against my legs rob? Lol. 3days later and legs still crushed
