100 Walking Barbell Lunges for time

Goal is body weight on the bar.

    This was brutal! First 10 reps at body weight 235. Had to drop down to 185 to get to 100 reps. Completed in 12:34.

  2. Did this one not too long ago at a little more than body weight in 14:39. Body weight @160, barbell loaded with 185. Brutal is a perfect word for this one.
