  1. Hey, Rob! I’ve been loving the site lately. I only have some barbells so would you suggest I go a bit heavier and just do it like a standard Grace workout? I’m only 5′ 8″ and 145 lbs so I was thinking about using bodyweight. What do you think? Thanks!!

    No log. Did with axle, no timer high RPE. @ 155
    200 Step Ups @ 24″ with 45lb ruck.

    Quite surprised how much harder this was than noramal Grace, I did Grace only a couple of weeks ago as a bit of extra work after my ME leg workout and got 3:20 without killing myself.

    Finished building the log April 23rd, Grace time was 9:12. Cut nearly in half in 4 months. Great programming Rob.
