Unlimited attempts up to a 10RM Walking Barbell Lunge

10 consecutive steps.  Back knee must kiss the ground on each step.  Use a rack.

    My first ever workout on this website as well as cross fit or strongman style training. It was awesome! I did 5 sets of 10 working up to a 10RM of 140 lbs. I went 45, 105, 125, 135, 145.

    I’ll for sure keep using these workouts to get stronger, bigger, and fitter.
