    Hey Rob,
I don’t have a yoke and I only have one barbell so it would take a lot of time to switch weights. Do you think it would be good just to do the cleans and “barbell” walks as straight sets?
    Thanks

  2. Unfortunately, no. The substitute isn’t equal…the loads are far too different and walking with a heavy barbell is dangerous.

Well I only did the cleans with 115 pounds and the walk with 135. It was light but I see what you mean it still felt awkward.

  3. Would a Zercher Carry be close to a yoke carry?

Used an axle for cleans and scaled it down a bit but an awesome workout it def is.afterwards did just a yoke for 100 feet and crushed it.is this the point of these wod’s rob, so when an event is done alone its easier?

Used 165,170,&175 on cleans. Used an axle for the yoke carry at 255 all sets no drops. 2:16, 2:20, 2:12. Cleans slowed me down resetting after each rep need to work on touch and go.
