  1. 1RM is at about 375lbs so no way I was hitting 2x bodyweight :(

    Load @ 275lbs…

    Total took about 12 minutes. The DLs started to get really heavy. I apparently need to focus more on high output training.

      deadlifts @ 425
      body weight 221 so not quite 2 x body weight

      kept my round times around 53 seconds, this one made me want to puke around round 4, its been a while since i have felt that way, great wod Rob keep them coming
