    Rob,
    I remember when you first posted this WOD and I thought how I want to try that one day.

    Let me tell you, that was one of the hardest things I have ever done. I am drinking my morning coffee now & the back of my shoulders feel TIGHT! Lol

    Thanks again for a truly mind-bending WOD . Your workouts always put me in check & helps make me mentally stronger.
    On a side note, if anyone has not done this WOD, you will be surprised at how it works your CORE too.

    Saw higas vida and had to try it.shouldn’t have done it the day after a press day, shoulders and tri’s smoked.time not worth posting.will do it again and post time.

  4. Got this one in today. Wow, it was tough. I wasn’t sure how the 135# was going to feel, but I was able to make through.
    ~10:00 w/60 burpees

    Next time I will do it on a track, today I had to do it 100m out and back 4 times–fighting the inertia on the turn around was killer.
