Build up to a 1RM Overhead Yoke x 75′

Build up to a 1RM Zercher Yoke x 75′

Build up to a 1RM Yoke Carry x 75′

Rest as needed.  As many attempts as necessary for each movement.

Score is the combined total of your best carries.

No drops allowed.

Rest 10 minutes.  Then do Tabata Row.  Goal is 1000 meters.

Post successful carries and meters rowed to comments.

    I also see that you’ve lost more weight was that intentional or because of all the traveling

      Thanks for the note. Travel is just about to go nuts thru Thanksgiving so I’m gearing up for lots of jet lag.

      I’ll put together a video and post it on the next rest day regarding my training, travel, and competition schedule. Things are busy, for sure, but I’m loving every minute of it.
