For scaling purposes–I did this wod a few weeks ago.  I was able to complete the set of 9 squats unbroken.  The set of 12 was 6/6.  The set of 15 was 5/5/5.

  1. I’m not happy with my time, but I did this at 225 (my max is 315). This was rough. I can’t wait untill I can do these wods rx. Keep em coming!

  2. just finished this one 11:51 subbed run for row, dropped down to 275# back squat on the set of 15……..im going to go eat now this one hurt great wod thanks Rob
