For scaling purposes–I did this wod a few weeks ago. I was able to complete the set of 9 squats unbroken. The set of 12 was 6/6. The set of 15 was 5/5/5.










I’m not happy with my time, but I did this at 225 (my max is 315). This was rough. I can’t wait untill I can do these wods rx. Keep em coming!
