50′ weighted barbell lunges x 5 unbroken sets

Increase load each set. Rest as needed between efforts. Take bar from rack.

Then–5×5 bench press. Increase load each set. Rest as needed between sets.

    Went with stone over shoulder due to lack of bar.

    Rd2: 5/36
    Rd 3: 4.5/33

    Lower DE
    Hang Pwr Snatch followed by 2 OHS with axle: 2,2,2,2,2,2.
    Stiff leg deadlift followed by Hang Pwr Cln with axle: 6,6,6.
    Curls: 8,8,8,8,8.
    Sprint 800m x 3
