used a 160lbs atlas stone, finished in 18:25 now those burpees are true bastards
Sub’d sdhp 50 reps each for rows, weighted burpees as rx’d and sub’d 165# front squats for atlas stone. 18:16 time. Burpees where the worst everything else just compounded the problem.

I only had a 20 pound vest and used a 176# stone which was spot on for my weight, i guess you could say i DNF’d considering the vest but it was still a bitchin wod
