    thanks for answering my email question. I started training with the yoke with the “85% yoke walk” wod you posted a while back. It was hard, but didn’t kill me. I didn’t really push the 1rm @ 75 feet to failure but my final walk at 550 was hard enough. I’ll keep coming back for more strength work.

    This is a great site with lots of good programming.
