300 pound yoke x 250′ and 10 back squats @ 225

400 pound yoke x 200′ and 8 back squats @ 275

500 pound yoke x 150′ and 6 back squats @ 315

600 pound yoke x 100′ and 4 back squats @ 365

700 pound yoke x 50′ and 2 back squats @ 405

Scale as needed.  The final yoke should be close to a 1RM 50′ carry.  The final 2 squats should feel like they’re going to break you.

Holy smokes. I think this is ” Colossus”. Or maybe “Big Rig” because of the horsepower you need to generate on this one! Nice work.

  2. I’d call it “Don’t Yoke”

    Mindbending WOD.

I love the workouts on this site. I try to do as much as i can with sandbags, kettlebells and bodyweights since I don’t have a lot of pieces of strongman equipment yet.

  4. Can this be done with front squat instead of back squat?

First workout that I got to go heavy on the yoke. If u don’t have one, buy or make one, I only got 560#, but my goal is Rx’d weights. Nothing beats this, keep it up Rob!
