Log Clean once and Press for max reps in 90 seconds

Rest 3 minutes and repeat x 4 rounds

Log weight will vary.  For workouts like this we’ll begin posting several different options.

  3. I like the addition of the different percentage groups. It really gives me an idea of where I am at with my peer group, and where I should be aiming for to move up as a short term goal. Thanks for all the hard work Rob.
