  2. I will be posting here so a little intro-
    41 yo male, been crossfitting since 07. Been going thru a divorce the last couple of months and my training, eating, and sleepping has gone to hell. BW dropped from 192, to 165, before I got my head unscrewed…Decided that I needed to get cut back in and take care of me so I will be following this programming to get right again.
    Today-
    12 mins to find 1RM-
    clean to push press, push jerk, split jerk
    ended up at 205#

    Strongman WOD- scaled DLs to 315-
    3 complete rounds.

    5 rounds, scaled Deadlift to 335lbs

    Warmed-up for the deads with
    10-10-10
    135-185-225

    3 rounds + 250 meters, deadlifts at 295# (was seeing stars)
    1 RM of 355#

    I love StrongmanWOD workouts.
