3 attempts at a 90 second amrap of tire flips @ 4x body weight

Rest as needed between attempts.

Beginners use 2x body weight

Intermediate use 3x body weight

Rest as needed and then build up to a 1RM axle clean and jerk.

Use as many attempts as necessary.  Use the continental clean if you know how.  Below is a video with several examples.

    By round: 11-11-12 with a 525# tire. Worked’ up to 205# C&J. Regular clean. haven’t played with continental clean enough to go very heavy
