    I do not have a Yoke at the moment. I do have a safety squat bar I could load up or use farmer handles as a sub. What would you recommend? Thanks!!

    • Rob–

      There truly isn’t a sub for the yoke carry. I strongly encourage you to re-think loading the squat bar and walking around with it. Loaded with 3x bodyweight–the penalty for a missed step could be catastrophic.

        I hear ya! There is no way I would have gone with 3 times body weight. I don’t think I could even get that out of the rack, haha! Farmer carries it is then till I get a Yoke. Thanks!!

    Just want to say thanks to Rob for this website. I’m a lightweight strongman and lately I’ve been in a pretty bad rut, and decided to try these workouts a few days ago, and I already feel like this is bringing back alot of intensity in my training.
    Body weight = 215
    Yoke weight used = 650 no belt
    Time = 13:50
    Again, thanks Rob, this workout was very hard and I loved it, looking forward to more difficult workouts!
