dont have a bench yet so i did push-ups with my older daughter on my bak im 180ish shes around 50 lbs and used my wife for the squats shes around 120 with alil wrestling inbetween knocked it out in 11mins really like the combo

Bodyweight is 200. Did bench at 185, then sandbag squats at 160. Forgot to time it.
Is there a recommendation on how the stone is held? On the shoulder or in the gut…?
