Rest Day. We have changed the frequency of rest days simply to add variety to the program.
TEAM LINDA ATHLETES
You must arrive at Hybrid on Saturday at least 1 hour prior to your selected heat. If you don’t remember your start time please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org You will be required to weigh in and you’ll be responsible for loading your own barbells. You will have 10 minutes to properly load your bars and a judge will confirm the weights immediately prior to the beginning of the heat.
