Our first stop of the 2013 CF Strongman season is in Tennessee at CF Stacked in Johnson City.  We are throwing a 3 hour Challenge on Friday night 1/4 and then a CF Strongman seminar on 1/5.  The Challenge is 3 events which will be released at the event.  We will modify ALL movements and weights so that ANYONE can participate.  We offer 2 divisions per gender–RX and Scaled.  If you typically RX CrossFit wods then you’ll be fine in that group.  If you need to scale we are happy to do so.  Sign up for the Challenge here– http://hybridathletics.net/competition-registration/january-4-2013-johnson-city-tn-challenge/

  1. so are events only going to be announced at the events? i am interested in participating in one but would like to prepare if possible.

    • For our Challenges we can’t release the events until that night. We don’t know what equipment we’ll have access to and we don’t know what the space looks like. We make it up just a few hours prior to the contest.
