Death by Tire Flip outside with two other guys it was a bit cold here in Ohio this morning. Weight of Tire unknown its bigger than the one in the video and we were told it weighs 3-400 pounds who knows. its a bitch. 6 rounds + 4 reps ripped the ass out of my jeans on rep 3 finished it out with frosty buns not recommended at home. Then 5 rounds for time:

used 185 on pc which was 90% of my 1 RM 14:37 d
Did the intermediate weight of 185lbs. 5:54. Great WOD. Mike: Crazy time dude!!! I can’t imagine that fast, that heavy.
Rob, I liked the posting of beginner, intermediate, strong weight categories. That was nice as opposed to arbitrarily scaling. Suggestions like that or “this should be scaled such that it is less than five minutes” like the ‘Brussells’ WOD are helpful training guides.
