    Great WOD. Did this with 10 min rest after a 8 min AMRAP burner with cleans, front squats and push jerks.
    225-225-230-230-235-235-235-240-240-245. They all hurt. Great stuff. My legs need help and this was perfect.

  4. Awesome WOD. Hit a new 3 rep max back squat today. TWICE! Broke it on Round 9, increased the weight again for Round 10 and hit it again. Hooyah! Now its only 5# away from my “1RM.”
