50′ Farmer’s Carry @ 2x BWT+ per hand

10 GH Situps

3 rounds.  Rest 2 minutes.  Repeat.

Scale the farmers as needed.  Each 50′ carry should be at the absolute limit of what you can do without a drop.

Post loads and times to comments.  GO HEAVY

  1. Gotta work on the farmers only got 260 kept droppin my left should be around 380 tho and i did toes to bar dont got a gh stand finished with a set of make shift reverse hypers feelin good

  2. Hi I just want to know how do i do these workouts when I weigh 130kg I couldn’t do a 260kg per hand farmers

Each 50′ carry should be at the absolute limit of what you can do without a drop.” So if you can carry 50kg per hand and that is your 50′ carry limit then use it. If you try a weight and drop it before 50′ go lighter but going heavy is the emphasis.

    been looking at this site for awhile and now following the programming since I want some strength and increased work capacity. I can do most workouts but some have equipment that I have to improvise with.
    Today I used 110# DBs for the farmer’s carries for both rounds in 2:21 and 2:17 respectively.

  5. Since there is no farmer carry and GHD I substituted this:
    - 15m 40 kg / 88 lbs DB (heaviest @ gym) carry and
    - 10 sit-ups (after reading Will’s post, should have done TTB):
    -> 2:11 and 2:13
