For the Sandbag GetUp–while standing, load the bag on the shoulder. Keep the bag on the shoulder and lower your self down to both knees on the ground. Then stand back up. This is NOT a Turkish Getup.

130lb sandbag (alot harder then i thought first time doin it) and used my homemade swing weight a chain through a 68lb gear got in 6 rounds
115 lbs / 2pd KB 5 rounds
so do we “clean” the sandbag from the ground on each rep? Or is it clean once to shoulder, go down to the knees and stand back up as one? I just want to make sure I do it right.
I read it as pick it up from the floor and then do 6 get ups. Then put it back down.

Did this one a day late since it fit better as a finisher for my DE lower body day today.
Used a backpack with 100# of iron plates in it as my “sandbag” and a 70# KB and finished in 7 rounds even. My trunk felt like an iron oak with 100# sandbag on my shoulder.
