Performed yesterdays AMRAP due to not having access to a yoke at all. Modified yesterrdays to using a 50# DB for both lifts due to equipment limitations.
Got 7 rounds + 3 get-ups. Legs were so worn out at the end almost fell over at the end. Would have been nice to have an 80# Dumbbell for the get-ups.

Just wondering if any strongmen.women use this programming solely for competition or just an aid for conditioning?
Did this tonight and got 140kg/160kg/260kg the 260kg didn’t feel right on my back to start with but I still got half way with it

250lbs OVH
340lbs Zercher, 1 drop w/390
520lbs Yoke, 1 drop w/570
Had a go at this one with a barbell due to no yoke.
O.H. 100kg (220lb)
Zercher 200kg (440lbs)
B.B. on shoulders 220kg (485lbs) that’s all the bar would fit
Good fun! Need to get stronger over head
