Then, using 90% of your 1RM, squat 1 rep EMOM x 12 minutes

    Did this one a day late. Used actually 90% of my 3RM back squat from friday. ( I didn’t get the WOD until I was driving my way home from the gym.) Used 285# for all sets. Did this after the CFFB DWOD for 1/5/2013.

    1RM 160kg (about 353lbs) and did the EMOM with 145kg (320lbs). Felt pretty good, so I did 13 of them.

    Finally had a chance to get this in. 1RM 270. EMOM at 240. Five pounds below PR but certainly deep enough. Some days you win, others, you don’t.
