Chest to Bar Pullups x 10 reps

Odd Object Carry x 100′ @ BWT+

6 rounds for time

Scale all loads as needed.  Bench Press should be a tough set of 10 unbroken reps.

    Benched the other day and tried it but felt soreness from old injury so i didnt press the bench and subbed DL’s

    so deadlifts @ 255 x 10 68% of max 4 sets unbroken then had to drop 70#s to finish huge mistake i guess but shows i need some strength volume work

    165 #s worth of bumperplates stacked carry for 100′

  3. Had fun with this one. Heaviest object at the gym was a 160lb keg (I’m 190-ish) so I just made sure to run extra fast. Subbed incline bench with flat since I’ve got a separated shoulder that’s still bugging me, but managed to do the first 4 rounds at BWT before I had to drop down to 155 for the last two. Chins were also 100% strict.

    I love heavy METCON style workouts like this, since I do a strength -> heavy WOD -> conditioning rotation, and stuff like this fits flawlessly in my schedule.
