Sadly no yoke so just the farmers walks. Used 175#. Great WOD, really feeling it.
I made this wod up today.
BW of 180#
Scaled loads.
Farmers @180# each hand, starting failing the distance on round 7 as grip failed, just went every minute as far as I could hold on.
Yoke@330# (was feeling the low back after those heavy farmers), got all 12 rounds.
Considering my max walk, last week or so, was 2.5x bw, i’m happy that i got all 12 rounds at this weight after heavy farmers.
So fun!
