1/12 Push Jerk Gauntlet

Every minute on the minute perform 1 push jerk at each weight (racks allowed)

Start at 50% of your 1RM and go up by 5 pounds every minute

  1. I like this idea, but it seems like the kinda workout that gets a little silly if you have a higher jerk. Could take a half hour or so. O_o

    I’ll report my findings though!

    did this WOD after doing some heavy power cleans. Finished at 110kg, afterwards got 113kg for a PR. Great WOD
