Sandbag carry 1 minute on/1 minute off x 20 minutes. Carry the sandbag in any manner you like. No drops allowed during each minute long carry. Each drop results in a 1 rep sandbag-to-shoulder penalty at the completion of the wod.

Intermediate–80% body weight
Strong–100%+ body weight

This was fun. First five holds were fine and it was downhill from there!
Much easy if I can clean it over shoulder but DL holding is simple!
