  1. Pull ups were much harder than I expected, and since I refuse to use helper bands I had to modify the pull numbers on the fly. Each set of pull-ups required multiple sets of 1-4 reps to reach final number

    70# dumbbell’s 15, 10, 5, 10, 15
    Pull-ups (BW 270) 15, 7, 5, 5 ,5

    12m 45sec (80% of the time was spent doing pull-ups)

  2. BW 225
    @55lb kettlebells (actually one 55lb KB and one 50lb KB with two 2.5lb magnetic plate mates on it.)
    6:47 – had to pause on last two sets of pull ups.
