Bench Press 3-3-3-2-2-2-1-1-1

Strict Pullups x 4 reps after each set of bench press

Standing Barbell Strict Press 3-3-3-2-2-2-1-1-1

Strict Ring Rows with feet elevated x 4 reps after each set of strict press

There is no time limit on this workout.  Take your time and lift as heavy as possible on every single set.

    What is your opinion in regards to keeping the hips (or ass) in contact with the bench while benching? I know there are different schools of thought on this, as some guys say do what you have to do to get the weight up and others say the hips should be in contact to maximize upper body strength while training the lift. I know strong dudes who do it each way, but I’m curious on your thoughts, as I learn a ton from you. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
