30 Twin KB swings to eye level @ 53/35

25 Chest to Bar pullups

20 Shoulder to Overhead with the KB’s 53/35

3 rounds for time.

Complete all sets unbroken.  Rest as needed in order to complete each movement unbroken.  If you break ANY single set you must start that movement over.

I did this wod on 3/7 in Perth, Australia at CooEe CrossFit.  My score was 42:50.  This ranks in the top 5 hardest workouts I’ve done in my life.

    I gave up on doing this workout unbroken but added extra reps throughout
    Awesome but extremely hard workout. Loved it.
    40:30 time.

    Switched kettle bells to 63 lbs. completed in 29:50. Rough but fun
