Rest Day

Rob’s WOD 5/31/14

9 – 6 – 3 of the following triplet –

Push press @ 175

Strict pull-ups

Burpees

500 meter row (must be under 1:50)

21 – 15 – 9 of the following couplet –

Back squat @ 225

Box jumps @ 24″

In this workout the row is only done once.  After I finished the first triplet I did a single 500 meter row in 1:44.

My time was 12:20.
