This looks awesome. One question the Dual KB swings are they to chest height or overhead?

Ouch, was okay doing be bench @225 then I used 40 lbs for the vest and I was kind of taxed for the remainder. The dual kbs was tough and jacked my db jerks up haha never welcomed double unders that much. Total score was 134; 35, 6, 30, 25, 38
Think the kbs would have been better early in the day this is WOD 2 for the day, great job programming this beast.

Total reps – 167. Did 165# on the bench (WEAK bench press) at a bodyweight of 185. Got 19 reps. Everything else was as RX. The KB swings were BRUTAL. Those things were flinging ME around instead of me flinging them around.
Ok Mr. Rob this one was a good’n. BWB went pretty good with 48 reps of 225. elbows still kinda funny from the muscle ups the other day. I didnt have my IBA vest with me so I carried a 35lbs plate for the shuttle. I got 4 on a treadmill set a 2.5% that was a awkward one. Also didnt have kettlebells so I sub 55lbs dumbbells and went outside the legs because they were freakin huge, for 31 reps. These killed my jerks. Mannaged 21 but probably would only count the 18 of them. lost count on the doubles but it was around mid thirties. Needless to say I was smoked. Once again thanks for a good’n.

Is there a rest time in between movements or no? I am going to attempt this tomorrow. I workout in a globo here at school, I go to Washington State University and the closest affiliate is 40 miles away.
I did it tonight and used about 30 seconds between stations. Took that long to strap on the vest so I kept that up thru the wod.
Rob, great talking to you at The Beast! I’ll be pouring cement Fri night with a bunch of guys to fill those stone molds15″, 16″, 17″. Did this wod tonight. 205# bench body weight did 22reps, 45# vest x 12 lengths, 55 reps 1.5 pood each (ouch), 6 push press @65# db’s (double ouch), 55 double Undies. Great wod!
