Using a tire that you cannot flip in one fluid motion complete a single flip and then complete 2 hand stand pushups, 4 chest to bar pullups, 6 squat thrusts(burpee without the pushup at the bottom).
10 rounds for time.

Made up a couple of WODs today:
1RM weighted muscle up, Got 45lbs pretty easily but hit myself in the crotch on the way down so I called it a wrap on that movement.
Amrap 12 minutes:
5 275lb bench press
5 800lb tire flips
I know the WOD called for stones but we only have a training stone so I went with a heavy tire instead. Got 6 full rounds.
Rob I need to take the time to thank you. Today I was able to achieve what I considered a great feat. I PR’d me dead lift by 65 lbs and was able to pull 500 lbs. Strength has always been somewhat of a limiting factor for me. But from paying attention, humbling myself and by willing myself to work on my weaknesses I have seen tremendous improvements. Its thanks to people like you and the programming you give and the programming from CrossFit Football that I am not only getting stronger, but I’m becoming a better CrossFitter. Thank you for your interest to help people like me who want to achieve something great in life. I’m 18, I see plenty of great experiences and challenges coming my way, and I look forward to attacking them head on. Thanks Rob!

Hi Rob,
I only have access to one tyre, which will not be heavy enough. Do you have any ideas on how to make it heavier? Put some plates into the tyre?
Cheers

Rhoddy–
If you have access to Dynamax balls we have loaded them into the tire and added almost 200 pounds of weight. I haven’t figured how to add plates yet but I’ll work on it.
Thanks
i did this wod yesterday and it was a lot of fun. 450lbs tire… 10rounds in 9ish minutes
