Vested Mile Run

Strap on a 40+ pound vest and run a mile.

Post time to comments.

This may not seem like a typical Strongmanwod but it’s as mental as it is physical. Challenge yourself to run as hard as possible.  Expand your ability to tolerate discomfort.

How about a 1/2 mile with a 42lb child on your back? Ran with my son on my back as a warm-up for the 10x100m yesterday.

Strongman wod is definitely helping me improve all around. I am challenging myself beyond anything I’ve found to date. Thanks Rob.
