Sorry for the change in format to the site.  We are in the process of migrating content and building a new landing page within the Hybridathletics.com website.  Until that’s complete this site will continue to function but will look a little silly.

  1. Wow. I just did this the other day!

    1.25 miles in 30 minutes. Used Spud Inc. harness for forward drag.

    Bodyweight is 210; used 175 sled.

    I felt good afterward, which means I need to try harder next time.
