  1. 09:08. only had a 115lb stone so did 2 stone lifts each round.

  3. hey rob or anybody I am going to make some atlas stones this weekend. does anybody have any advice or what weights I should make them. I have a 365 deadlift and 305 squat. Any advice will help.

  4. 5:20 with 4 plates tied together, so 180. I have a question however, is it possible that we could see some more of your gym’s unique movements in these WOD’s in addition to strongman movements? Such as seat-rolls, sit-outs and such? Thx Rob, huge fan of what your doing here!
