Oustanding XMAS day workout. Deployed so no family to spend time with so might as well spending the time beating myself up.
We dont have sandbags here so i used one of the tires in the back of the gym. It didnt weigh more than 100lbs so i carried it 400 yds instead of 200. Deadlift with 315 and ran the 200yds as rx’d.

I did it with a 125# sandbag and 280 axle deadlift. 18:52. the sandbag runs were nasty.
bodyweight 185, but didn’t have a 135# sandbag.
