115, 135, 165,185,205,255. Max 255 with an axle. Had to turn around mid way at 25 feet each time. I knew 255 was my max because it was hard to breathe.
265 , 355, 405. Got the 405 on the second attempt. You know your doing it right if you can’t breathe.
I did something similar in training yesterday before even seeing this post. Each effort was 100ft with a turn. Zercher walk with standard bar with Fat Gripz 95,135,155,175,195. I need a freaking yoke but realistically I will buy a powder coated axle first.
