    I really need some stones I know the boys at the air station would love em. Anyways bw 170# no stones so 185 clean thruster thing 35 lb weight on pull ups kb swings super tough on grip went broken 15 10 only rest 10 min great workout, I do opt big dawgs blog in the morning then this in the evening might just focus on strength idk

    Used a 142 stone my body weight is 145. Used a pair of 1 pood KB because I only had one 2 pood. 8:22 both rounds.
